Effective Date: 01 March 2026

This Candidate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Candidate”, “Job Seeker”, or “User”) and Work24, a recruitment SaaS aggregator platform owned and operated by India Tax Info Private Limited (CIN: U74140DL2011PTC212529) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By registering an account, creating a candidate profile, uploading documents, or submitting a 30–60 second video introduction on Work24, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Platform Role & Limitations

a) Aggregator Status

You acknowledge that Work24 operates strictly as a technology-driven SaaS platform and job aggregator facilitating connections between candidates and employers.

Work24 is not:

• An employment agency
• A recruitment consultant
• A direct employer

b) No Guarantee of Employment

Work24 does not guarantee:

• Interview calls
• Job placements
• Hiring confirmations
• Salary outcomes

All employment decisions rest solely with the respective employer.

c) Independent Agreements

Any employment contract, offer letter, salary negotiation, or professional engagement is exclusively between you and the employer. Work24 is not a party to such agreements and bears no responsibility for employer conduct or hiring decisions.

2. Profile Accuracy & Integrity

By using the platform, you agree that:

• All information provided (resume, qualifications, certifications, experience, contact details) is accurate and up to date.
• You will not impersonate any individual or entity.
• You will not misrepresent your skills, work experience, or affiliations.

Work24 reserves the right (but is not obligated) to verify candidate information. Profiles containing false, misleading, or fraudulent data may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

3. 30–60 Second Video Profile Guidelines

Work24’s video feature is designed to enhance transparency and professional presentation. By uploading a video, you agree to the following:

a) Professional Standards

• Videos must reflect professional conduct.
• Appropriate attire and respectful communication are mandatory.
• Clear and truthful representation of qualifications is required.

b) Prohibited Content

You shall not upload videos containing:

• Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
• Abusive, defamatory, or offensive language
• Political propaganda or campaigning
• Sexually explicit, violent, or unlawful material

c) Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your original video content. However, by uploading it, you grant India Tax Info Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, display, stream, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for recruitment and platform-related purposes.

d) Removal Rights

Work24 reserves the absolute right to remove any video content that violates platform guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice or liability.

4. Code of Conduct

While using the Work24 platform, you agree NOT to:

• Contact employers for purposes unrelated to genuine job applications
• Promote services, products, MLM schemes, or unrelated business proposals
• Scrape, extract, or mine employer data using automated tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems
• Share your login credentials with third parties

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

5. Data Privacy & Visibility

Your personal information, resume, and video profile will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You understand and agree that:

• When you apply for a job, your profile becomes visible to the respective employer.
• If your profile is set to “Public,” registered employers may access your professional information.

Work24 implements security safeguards but cannot guarantee employer conduct after profile access.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

a) By Candidate

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

b) By Work24

Work24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without liability if:

• You breach this Agreement
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your conduct damages platform integrity

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to the Company.

• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Employment disputes
• Financial losses resulting from job offers
• Misrepresentation by employers

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi / Gurugram, Haryana.
