By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Platform Overview & Role of Work24

Work24 operates strictly as a technology-driven SaaS platform and job aggregator that enables interaction between job seekers and employers.

We:

• Provide digital infrastructure for recruitment
• Facilitate profile visibility and job listings
• Offer video-based pre-screening features

We do not:

• Act as an employment agency
• Act as a recruiter or placement consultant
• Guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes

All employment decisions, background verifications, interviews, negotiations, and contracts are solely between the employer and the candidate.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account.

By registering, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• You will update information as necessary
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account

Work24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities
• Violate these Terms

3. 30–60 Second Video Profile Guidelines

Work24 allows candidates and employers to upload short professional video introductions. To maintain platform integrity:

a) Professional Conduct

Videos must not contain:

• Abusive language
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Harassment or defamatory content
• Inappropriate attire or gestures

b) Accuracy & Representation

• Candidates must truthfully represent qualifications and experience.
• Employers must accurately describe job roles and company culture.

c) Prohibited Content

Videos containing nudity, violence, illegal activity, explicit material, or misleading claims will be removed immediately. Associated accounts may be permanently banned without prior notice.

d) Content License

By uploading any video or content, you grant Work24 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, display, stream, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for recruitment and platform-related purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content.

4. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

Users agree not to:

• Post fake job listings or fraudulent opportunities
• Promote pyramid schemes, MLM programs, or unrelated business solicitations
• Scrape, extract, copy, or mine user data (including resumes and videos) using automated tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Harass, spam, or misuse communication features

Violation may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform materials, including but not limited to:

• Website design
• Branding elements
• Logos
• Software architecture
• Source code
• Platform features

are the intellectual property of India Tax Info Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

Users may access platform content for personal or internal business use only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Subscription (If Applicable)

If premium features or paid services are offered:

• Fees must be paid as per the selected plan
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Work24 reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

India Tax Info Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of employment opportunity
• Business losses
• Data loss beyond reasonable control
• Disputes between candidates and employers

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless India Tax Info Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available
• The system will be error-free
• Technical disruptions will not occur

We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance or upgrades.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdictiony

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi / Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Amendments to Terms

Work24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
