Effective Date: 01 March 2026

This Employer Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Employer”, “Recruiter”, or “Company”) and Work24, a recruitment SaaS aggregator platform owned and operated by India Tax Info Private Limited (CIN: U74140DL2011PTC212529) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an employer account, posting job listings, subscribing to premium services, or accessing candidate profiles and video content on Work24, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Platform Services & Aggregator Role

a) SaaS Aggregator Status

Work24 operates strictly as a technology-driven SaaS platform and job aggregator that enables employers to connect with job seekers.

Work24 is not:

  • Act as a recruitment agency or staffing firm
  • Conduct background checks unless explicitly stated
  • Guarantee candidate suitability, qualifications, or performance
b) No Recruitment Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

  • That any vacancy will be filled
  • The number or quality of applications received
  • Hiring success or employee retention

All hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the Employer.

c) Independent Contracting

Any interview process, employment contract, salary negotiation, or engagement agreement is exclusively between you and the candidate. Work24 is not a party to such arrangements and shall not be liable for disputes, misconduct, or employment claims.

2. Job Posting Guidelines

To maintain platform integrity and professional standards, Employers agree to:

a) Accuracy & Transparency
  • Provide truthful and accurate job descriptions
  • Clearly state job responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and compensation (where applicable)
  • Provide correct company registration and contact details
b) Prohibited Listings

Employers shall not post:

  • Fake or misleading job opportunities
  • Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
  • Commission-only roles disguised as salaried jobs
  • Unpaid internships labeled as paid employment
  • Roles that violate Indian labor laws
c) Legal Compliance

All job postings must comply with applicable labor, employment, and anti-discrimination laws in India.

Work24 reserves the right to remove or modify any job listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. 30–60 Second Employer Video Guidelines

Work24 offers employers the opportunity to upload short video introductions showcasing company culture.

a) Professional Representation

Videos must professionally represent:

  • Company workspace
  • Corporate values
  • Work environment
b) Accuracy Requirement

Videos must not misrepresent:

  • Job conditions
  • Compensation structure
  • Work environment
  • Role expectations
c) Content License

By uploading video content, you grant India Tax Info Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, stream, display, and distribute such content to registered candidates for recruitment purposes.

d) Removal Rights

Work24 reserves the right to remove any employer video deemed misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of platform standards.

4. Candidate Data Privacy & Acceptable Use

As an employer using Work24, you may access candidate resumes, contact information, and video profiles.

You agree that:

a) Strict Confidentiality

Candidate data shall be used exclusively for evaluating applicants for legitimate job opportunities posted on Work24.

b) No Unauthorized Sharing

You shall not:

  • Sell, transfer, or share candidate data
  • Upload candidate data to external databases
  • Use candidate information for marketing or promotional purposes

without explicit candidate consent.

c) Data Security Responsibility

If you download or store candidate information, you are responsible for maintaining adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require paid subscriptions, including but not limited to:

  • Advanced candidate filters
  • Featured job listings
  • Bulk resume access
  • Premium visibility tools

All payments made to India Tax Info Private Limited are:

  • Subject to applicable taxes
  • Non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement

Work24 reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Account Suspension & Enforcement

a) By Candidate

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

b) By Work24

Work24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate employer accounts that:

  • Post fraudulent or misleading job listings
  • Misuse candidate data
  • Violate this Agreement
  • Engage in illegal or unethical practices

Such actions may be taken without prior notice and without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, India Tax Info Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by employers
  • Employment disputes
  • Candidate misrepresentation
  • Business losses or reputational damage
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi / Gurugram, Haryana.
