🚨 When Should You Report a Job Posting?

Please use the “Report” button on the job listing or contact us directly if you notice any of the following:

1 Demand for Money

An employer or recruiter asks for:

• Security deposits
• Registration fees
• Interview scheduling charges

• Any financial transfer for job confirmation

Important: Work24 and legitimate employers will NEVER ask candidates for money.

2 Fake or Misleading Video Profiles

• The 30–60 second employer video contains inappropriate content
• The video does not match the job description
• The workspace shown appears fake or misleading
• The content resembles a scam or promotional scheme

3️ Unprofessional or Suspicious Conduct

• Use of abusive or threatening language
• Requests for sensitive information (bank details, OTPs, credit card data)
• Pressure tactics for quick decisions

4️ False Identity Claims

• The recruiter claims to represent a reputed company
• Uses a personal email address (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.)
• Refuses to provide verifiable company details

5️ Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or Pyramid Schemes

• Commission-only roles disguised as salaried jobs
• “Investment-based job opportunities”
• Recruitment chains requiring upfront payment

📢 How to Report a Fake Job

• Click the “Report this Job” or “Flag as Inappropriate” button
• Select the reason
• Submit the report

Please include:

• Employer name
• Screenshots (if available)
