This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Work24, a premium job aggregator and SaaS recruitment platform owned and operated by India Tax Info Private Limited (CIN: U74140DL2011PTC212529) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing any paid service, subscription plan, or premium feature on Work24, you agree to this policy.

1. Scope of Digital Services

Work24 provides digital, subscription-based SaaS services, including but not limited to:

  • Employer subscription plans
  • Premium job postings
  • Featured listings
  • Resume database access
  • Advanced candidate filters
  • 30–60 second video profile hosting

Due to the digital and instantly activated nature of these services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the terms below.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Work24 account dashboard.

b) Effect of Cancellation
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period.
c) Auto-Renewal

If your subscription is set to auto-renew:

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic charges.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the subscription being renewed for the next cycle.

3. General Refund Policy

All payments made to India Tax Info Private Limited for Work24 services are non-refundable, except under limited and verified exceptional circumstances described below.

4. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

a) Duplicate Billing

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription or service due to:

  • Technical errors
  • Payment gateway issues
  • System malfunction

A full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued after verification.

b) Service Non-Activation

If a paid feature (such as a featured job listing or premium upgrade) fails to activate due to a technical fault on our platform and:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
  • Our technical team is unable to resolve it within 72 business hours

You may be eligible for a refund of that specific service fee.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction due to not receiving expected applications or hiring results
  • Not finding suitable candidates or jobs
  • Low response rate from applicants
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of platform policies
  • Removal of content (including 30–60 second video profiles) for policy violations

Work24 does not guarantee hiring outcomes or application volumes.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
  • Processing time may vary depending on banking institutions

Work24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

7. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks without first contacting Work24 support. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal recovery proceedings
  • Permanent restriction from platform services

8. Policy Modifications

Work24 reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
